@kc8spv just installing the plugin would not lock you out for any reason. Did you ran the SSL install form, installed SSL certificates on your cPanel as explained in video and then clicked on Enable HTTPS button?
If you have not properly installed SSL certificates on your cPanel, you could try reverting to http using the instructions emailed to you when you clicked on “Enable HTTPS” button

We did not receive any email nor can we log into our site as it is no longer found. The https://bsfarc.com/wp-admin/ comes back with can’t reach this page. The actual web site is no longer visible either from a user point of view.

Looks like you have forced https without installing SSL certificate. Please follow below steps:
1. Login to your hosting panel
2. Using File Manager, go to wp-content/plugins/ folder and remove/rename wp-letsencrypt-ssl
3. Then go to phpmyadmin on your hosting panel, click on your WordPress database and then wp_options table
3a. Change site & home url to http:// instead of https://
