Locked Out!!!

I use my email address for my admin username. Then I used that as the contact email address for a test user registration.
When the confirmation message came to my admin mailbox, I clicked on the link to approve the user. However, it denied my admin login saying “ERROR: your account is still pending approval.” I am guessing because they have the same email contact address?
Now I am locked out of my (only) admin account. Hellllppppp!!!!
