You could use PHPMyAdmin if your host makes that tool available. That would allow you to clear the IP/user lockout from the table. IP lockouts aren’t a part of Captcha Bank, but of an additional security plugin like My Theme Login or WordFence. You would have to disable that security plugin or clear the IP from the table to regain access, or wait the 84 hours…
Is your issue resolved now? (Hopefully seeing how it’s two weeks later…)

Yes, thanks, all set. Shortly after posting this, I edited my SQL database in PHPMyAdmin to remove my IP address. I can’t remember off-hand which table this was in.

I am also having problems with captcha bank. In my case I can neither login using my user name and password, nor can I change my password because the app is not responding to my entry of the captcha characters and I am making sure I type them in in a case sensitive manner. I can go in and modify files, but I don’t want to screw up the installation any more than necessary.
