Locked out

I changed my login to the form suggested by ithemes http://www.xxxxx.com/wplogin
It now takes me to my home page and does not allow for my login credentials.

I tried to enter the regular http://www.xxxx.com/wp-admin This did not take me to my credential login.

What is happening? Help.
