locked out

i installed your plugin today and here are my issues. it would not allow me to login it kept giving me the follow message “You must check that box to say you’re not a bot” it would help if there was a check box to check. also now i am getting this message “Login Cooldown in effect. You must wait 1 seconds before attempting to login again.
Warning: Repeated login attempts that fail will result in a complete ban of your IP Address”

and now this one You have been black listed by the Shield plugin.
