Locked Out After SSL Enabling

I’m the admin of the server that this installation is on, so I know that SSL exists, but I realize now that it’s asking for SSL on that domain, not a server-wide SSL root certificate. That’s my mistake.

Now, how do I disable the requirement for SSL? I leafed through _options and didn’t see any database changes, and the one RewriteCond in .htaccess didn’t change anything when I toggled from on to off. I’ve just installed the plugin and don’t know it well enough to know where to look, and it’s late, so I’m asking all of you for advice. There were no forum topics that I could see that addressed this specific problem, although I admit that I stopped looking after I got to three months back.
