Hi @umberto69,
Thanks for reaching out!
From the screenshots you shared, it seems you have designated the “Other SMTP” mailer on your site via CONSTANTS. That’s why you are unable to select another mailer.
By removing the WPMS_MAILER line in your wp-config file, you should be able to select any mailer you want.
Please be sure to back up the file before making any changes.
I hope this helps. Thanks 🙂

Hi @nasanansi ,
thank you very much, I just wanted to make sure I’m not doing something wrong.
I have on more question if I may. After sending the test email, I get the following message:
“Action Recommended: It doesn’t look like DMARC has been set up on your domain (nutrirelasalute.it). We recommend using the DMARC protocol because it helps protect your domain from unauthorized use. Please check out this step-by-step guide for details on how to add the DMARC record to your domain’s DNS.”
Can there be problems if I do not set DMARC on my domain? I ask because when you set it up traffic arrives in the email and I would like to avoid it.
Regards
Umberto
Hi @umberto69,
Thanks for reaching out again.
The DMARC policy doesn’t necessarily affect your email deliverability. However, If you send 5,000 messages a day or more into either of the world’s largest mailbox providers (Google, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.), your email domain must have a DMARC policy in your DNS. You can learn more about this here.
I hope this helps with some clarification. Thanks 🙂
