Lockout problems

Hello! I´ve deinfected this website and after cleaning it all, Wordfence started to block me when i want to loggout>

“Your access to this service has been temporarily limited. Please try again in a few minutes. (HTTP response code 503)
If you think you have been blocked in error, contact the owner of this site for assistance.”

I´ve been cleaning other infected pages in the same server and did not have this problem.
I tried to solve it adding my IP to the whitelist and also following your recommendations> https://www.wordfence.com/help/blocking/troubleshooting/

But the problem persists 🙁
