Locks out account

I’ve been trying to use this plugin with a constant contact account and every time I enter in the login information within the plugin setting, it immediately locks out the constant contact account. Then I need to reset the password to unlock it. Not too sure what could be causing the lockout issue, but needless to say, that’s not good.
