    You’ll need to create your own plugin for this, I don’t have any plugins or code to offer that will log changes.

    The only thing I have to offer that is close is a special tag that you can use in your notification emails that shows what changes were made to a record. You use this tag in an email template, and set it up so that an email is sent whenever a record is edited. Not the same, I know, but that’s as close as I have.

    Take a look at the developer’s API, there are filters and actions that are triggered when users make changes which you can use to build your change log plugin.
