Hi,I cannot find a fatal log in that module, there are many fatal lines in the log file?
Are you using the latest Newsletter version?
@satollo Yes, there are a lot of fatal lines in the log file. We have Version 6.3.3
Those errors are usually related to charset problem or like. Try to convert the tables from the status page (if possible you have a button to trigger that action).
Even deactivating and reactivating the plugin can be of help.
