    Hello,
    I’m having difficulty with the WP 2FA app.
    When installed, a user can’t log into their account.
    When I deactivate the app then thet can log back in again.
    Please advise.

    To assist you further, could you please provide a few more details about the issue?

    • What exactly happens when the user tries to log in? Is there an error message, or does the login page just reload etc? Some screenshots would be very helpful!
    • Does the issue occur right after entering the username/password, or after entering the 2FA code?
    • Is this affecting all users and roles, or only some of them?

    Also, please make sure you are running the latest version of WP 2FA (v2.8.0) so that my support moving forward can be relevant. If you are not using the latest version, make sure you update then check again if the same persists.

    Once we have a bit more context, we’ll be able to guide you more accurately.
