Log Into WordPress Off Local Server

I’ve installed wordpress on a 2008R2 server using IIS7. It is not part of a domain. I log into the server rdp, using amdin profile. I then use localhost/wordpress/etc. This is just local, no website. I am new to this, so I have no idea how to go about putting it on the web.

However, I’d like to be able to log into wordpress without logging into the server.

Is there a way to do this?

This is being created for a company wide access. For employees to go and get forms, news etc.

I do have a Domain Controller set up, running several servers, was thinking about making it part of the domain.
