Log Out Issue

Really like this plugin and really need to use it since forums is an important part of my website, supremeracingleague.com . my problem is with logging out. I click on log out and and well it doesnt do anything, stays logged in. I have changed settings and nothing seems to work. My cookie domain is set to .supremeracingleague.com on both the forum and the WordPress. My WordPress is located at supremeracingleague.com and forum is at supremeracingleague.com/forum . I have enabled debugging for wp-united and have found this occurs when I try to log out, which is different to what it says when logged in:

When logged in:
DEBUG
WP Version = 3.9.2
Integrate users hook called.
User integration active.
phpBB already logged in.
WP already logged in, user =2
phpBB account is integrated to WP account ID = 2.
User is already logged in and integrated to correct account, nothing to do.

When trying to log out:
DEBUG
WP Version = 3.9.2
Integrate users hook called.
User integration active.
phpBB already logged in.
phpBB account is integrated to WP account ID = 2.
Integrated user ID is 2 but WordPress ID is 0
Integrate users hook called.
WordPress user set to integrated user.

You can try this out for yourself at my website as debugging is enabled. I don’t know what is wrong. Google didn’t seem to be my friend as I couldn’t find anyone else with the same problems on google and on wp united forums. I will post more info such as cookie settings and wp united settings tommorow morning as it is late where I live and currently 1am.
