When a user tries to log out through the Account page, the button on the popup window keeps spinning. It does in fact log out the user, but does not redirect to the homepage, so it seems.

I use Masteryio Pro 2.13.3 combined with PaidMembership Pro (with separate account page) on WP 6.6.1.

Hope anyone can help fix this.

Hi @markdeboer,

We have tested the logout feature but have not found the issue. For your confirmation, please check this screen recording: https://jam.dev/c/94878909-2c76-4935-acee-e55c2a7c4186.

We have also enabled the Paid Membership Pro integration with a separate account page, but the logout feature works fine.

If you have a cache, optimization, minify, or security optimization plugin, the issue might conflict with your third-party plugin. We recommend you check by deactivating these plugins first. Typically, this kind of plugin creates such issues.

Thank you for looking into it. I did what you suggested, after deactivating and reactivating it seems to work well now. Thanks!
