Log Time Wrong Timezone

    Hello, the time reported by the failed login attempts details the wrong timezone, i.e.
    LOG says: 10:04 am actual time = 5:04 am
    Server time = America/New_York
    PHP ini time = America/New_York
    WordPress site setting = America/New_York
    All other plugins relying on timezone show the correct time in their logs.
