Hi Fox,
that’s a strange issue I’ve never seen before on my plugin.
You may want to check two SQL log tables, too:
- wp_paymill_subscriptions
- Struktur wp_paymill_transactions
Additionally, for future subscription payments, you may want to rename /wp-content/plugins/paymill/lib/debug/PHP_errors.log.rename to PHP_errors.log and give 777 rights via CHMOD. All webhook triggers will be documented there, then.
Important for investigating and fixing that issue for you is being able to reproduce that issue.
Kind regards,
Matthias
Ok done. I will check.
But it would be a nice thing to habe transactions-log-files for the gateway itself in /wc-logs like other plugins generating them too (paypal, sofort.com).
Thanks
We’ve got 2 subscriptions more. Both are paid successfully (in paymill backend) but in woocommerce backend the order was still saved with status “on hold” instead of “processing”.
This should work automatic to “processing” after successfull payment. Very important in subscriptions too.
And yes, I have the php-logfile to check.
What can I do now?
Please check the “Maintenance” Tab within your Paymill Settings in WP Admin. Your Webhook isn’t synced anymore.
You are right. In Paymill backend it was deactivated. I will ask support about this issue.
Now it’s active again. Thanks for your information and great help.
This normally occurs when Backend is about 3 times not able to reach your website. This could be due a downtime of network issue of your server. Nevertheless, reporting that to Paymill support isn’t a bad idea at all, as I’d wish a merchant would be notified about that issue, e.g. via email.
