Actually, that’s normal behaviour. Because some menus and login widget box only visible for logged-in members. 🙂

i am talking for the same widget, not for different
if you look it is called Links widget and in the one screenshot it shows 2 links in the other 3-4

Do you mean some menus won’t appear if you login? Please try to login with Admin acccount. I belive there’s a setting or snippet that hide specific menus for specific role.
