    Hello Brian,

I hope you are doing well today!

If you want to give access to registered users to your protected content, please navigate to Membership 2 > Memberships, and create a new “Default Membership”

Then go to Membership 2 > Protection Rules to modify access to registered users.

Let me know if you require any further assistance!

    Cheers,
    Nastia

I’ve deactivated all plugins and checked my settings, still unable to fix the issue. Please help me.

@nastia my members are paid members with a Standard Subscription. I have non-paid members that are subscribers but I don’t want to provide them with protected content. I believe I should stay with the Standard Subscription, correct? If so, how do I fix the issue?

CFBDynasty is my site for reference. I’m happy to provide a login to your support team to solve the issue.
