Logged out access

    If I log to the authorized user, then access a pdf. Then logged out and refresh the page, or access the link directly, I can still access the pdf except I refresh it with Ctrl+Shift+R (I can still access the pdf using the Ctrl+R).

    It will be redirected to the log in page, if I start to access that pdf from the not-logged in user.

    Any idea ?
