Loggin in issue

I have a issue.
1. Im using Userpro plugin to login on front end.

When ever I login on chrome after a fresh cache delete it works, I then try to login on on safari but it bypasses the login and just refreshes that cached page. This happens vice versa either safari or chrome. Is there a fix?

I also noticed it’s sending a 304 header is it possible to remove that? as that may be the culprit.
