Logging for outgoing mail

Hello, is there a way to activate a log of all email sent via this plugin? I’d like to be able to review the entire call (e.g. Subject, To, From, Custom headers, etc.) in order to troubleshoot issues I am having. Specifically, I am receiving DMARC reports that email from another domain is being sent from my SendGrid account with dedicated IP. I don’t see any malicious connections on my account so I’m thinking there is some misconfiguration somewhere in my WordPress installation and this sort of logging can help me track it down.
