    When activating and connecting the plugin to my Leadpages account, I can see that the url is my.leadpagestest.com and not my.leadpages.com. I assume it’s not been changed back from internal testing.

    Please can you resolve this asap as I need to get this working for my client asap.

    This seems to have been resolved. I also notified Leadpages via their Live Chat support – it’s great to have received a fast resolution.
