I have to reopen this ticket (same title) because the previous one was closed and after I had no answer to the nest messages that I copy here under :

Sorry Champ but this ticket is not resolved.
This has nothing to do with “hiding the admin bar”!
I’ll try to explain my problem more clearly:
The point is: “what is the next page just after logging?”
My answer would be: It should be always the home page of the site.
But currently, it depends: if the user’s role has the box “Can access to wp-admin?” checked in his UM profile: the user goes straight to admin menu after logging, and that’s my issue.
Of course, it’s ok if I don’t check this box: the user is redirected to home page after logging but now if he is editor or administrator, he can’t no more access to admin menu.
    I hope it’s clearer now.
Thanks a lot for your help.

    Hi Champ,

The same thing happens to me, if I login as Admin from the frontend it takes me to the dashboard logged in as admin.

It should leave me at the home page.

    Regards!

    Hi @cari18

Have you set the Login redirection in the UM User Roles settings for the Editor role?

Yes, I tryed Login redirection in the UM User Roles settings for the Editor value:

    https://mysite.fr
    and
    https://mysite.fr/wp-login-php

and it always to admin page after login instead of home page

    Hi @cari18

    Sorry for the late response.

How many roles are assigned to your test Editor account? IF there’s more than 1 role, you should set the Priority Number of one of the roles in the User Role settings to make it a Primary Role.
