Hi, no it has nothing to do with Wamp or any local host set up you might have. This has to do with the way you have set up your URL with the login link?
For example can you share what url you have set up for the login page? I also have a local set up using Xampp in Windows 10 and I have no issues.

Thanks for the reply, above is the url of the home page. I deactivated the login re-direct plugin the login works great.
With the plugin active and making sure that the true url is correct the re-direct shows the error cant blah blah! looking at the url box it shows this http://localhost/thehedgelayer/ the space between the the hedgelayer is removed. The true url is the one above.I have tried several times changing the url by copy and paste and by manual the page only returns when the plugin is deactivated.
I hope this helps.wishing you and everyone a HAPPY NEW YEAR
Philip
Hi Philip, I am wondering why there is a space between the and hedgelayer? Usually a URL will not have an empty space. It will either have a – or _ added between characters. This is why you are having issues.
http://localhost/the hedgelayer/?page_id=36 this IS how it reads on FIREFOX
http://localhost/the%20hedgelayer/?page_id=36 This is how it reads on CHROME.
I created the database the hedgelayer not thehedgelayer.
I have also cleared the cache on both browsers.
As you will suspect I am just an old ! trying to put a web site together to add events by people paying a small fee. I did not know you should not leave a space?
Philip
