and enter my correct info — but when I hit “Log In” the page just reloads

1st try renaming your plugins directory and see if log in works
2nd try temporarily renaming your .htaccess file
if you can then log in – try creating a new one and updating your permalinks
Can I name it anything I want — like plugs?
Sorry I always thought of myself as being quite computer savvy but this proves that theory wrong.
Also do I rename them from my ftp (bluehost) server?
