Resetting Your Password
I cannot reset my password because it will not recognize any of my email addresses for some reason. I can login to my google cloud and see the admin user name and temporary password. I also see the wordpress admin web site link that I can click on which is where I use to be able to login and make changes to my website. This just started happening all of a sudden?
I also noticed that my website still works but no longer has the padlock icon indicating it is secure.
Every email address I try when resetting my password gives me this error, “Error: There is no account with that username or email address.” This wordpress deployment in google cloud is showing that is still working and my website still works?
when I choose lost password and enter the user name, it says to check the verification email but the email never comes. Any ideas?
