Invalid PIN Code

    Hello,

    It does not accept the code found in the e-mail for verification. It gives Invalid Pin Code error although I type it correctly.

    Click plugin email customize. click verification email and add space {cev_user_verification_pin} later

    Ok, I deleted the plugin (as it wasn’t working) and installed again to try out fix. Now I get an 404 error and no pop-up at all.

    Hi @atisgailis,

    Can you try and save your WordPress permalinks – from your WordPress admin, click on the Settings > Permalink and just save them, no need to change. After that check again the verification page and let me know.

    Hi @atisgailis,

    We checked this but we can’t replicate this issue. Please refresh the website cache if you use cache plugins or Cloudflare and browser cache. if the issue continues, log in to your site in incognito mode and check if it continues, if yes, it might be a conflict with another plugin or theme, check your console for JS error, try to deactivate all other plugins besides WC and Customer email verification and see if the issue continues.

    Perhaps it was JS error. Installed on another website and now it works.
