Login and sharing users

Hi, Im fairly new to wordpress so Im not sure if Im doing something wrong. I Cannot seem to log into ww.wp.xz.cn with the email I registered with. It says that the email is not registered, however I can log into the dashboard and see that it is. Ive tried logging in via the username but even when I cut and paste the password it says its incorrect and when I send the reset password email, the email doesnt appear. To make matters worse when I try to add a new user in the hope of giving my boss or another email of mine access it says that the local host is not recognised or that the URL is not recognised.
