Hi,
If you want to display the Logout link separately in your header then you need to add custom code in your theme to check if a user is logged in. But you can create a logout menu with PR. Go to Appearance > Menus and add a menu item with custom URL type and paste the URL http://yourdomain.com/?piereg_logout_url=true. Set visibility status to “Show to logged-in users”.
