    Hello,

    I have a problem that when my wordfence plugin is activated, the login button on WP does not work.
    I’ve tried each plugin separately and only wordfence is causing me problems.
    Can you help me because I would like to use this plugin.

    Hi @superknjizara, thanks for reaching out to us.

    It does sound initially like a plugin conflict where Wordfence’s JavaScript is being broken by something that loads before it, so try disabling all plugins except for Wordfence and reverting to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Three. If that solves the issue, reenable your plugins and theme one-by-one to see what causes the issue to reoccur.

    Please also note that if you have 2FA or reCAPTCHA enabled, Wordfence’s Login Security module is designed to work with WordPress and WooCommerce’s default login/registration pages. Therefore, if the login flow is not as expected due to a custom page, modal pop-up, or other user management plugin this could cause an issue like the one you’re seeing.

    Incorrect reCAPTCHA keys, or domain specified in Google’s settings would show in your browser console – but by all means check this anyway as any other red errors/messages displaying for this page might point to why the Login button isn’t working as intended.

    Unfortunately, it didn’t help after deactivating all plugins except wordfence and changing the theme, I still have a problem with logging in if the wordfence plugin is activated

    Hi @superknjizara, sorry to hear that.

    I wouldn’t expect an effectively clean install with only Wordfence enabled to have that sort of issue, did you check your browser console for errors on the login page that might point to code failing or scripts not loading?

    Feel free to send a diagnostic report from the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics menu to us at wftest @ wordfence . com. Click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email

    That might highlight a configuration or other issue to us so we can assist you further.
