Login Button Hover Text

Hello,

So when using the Customizer, there are options to change all of the colors of the button, EXCEPT the hover text color, which for some reason is defaulted to orange. I want to change this color. Am I missing the option somewhere to do this?

I am also not sure if I can control this via CSS. I tried a couple of methods but it didn’t seem to work even after I published and went to the live version of the page, nor when I reloaded the customizer.
