login button is not working properly.

hi we are used paid version of this plugin. It was working before but last few days its not working correctly. when we try to login it show “Login successful, you can close this window” but its not login and reload same page. some times its show the error “error: recaptcha verification failed. please try again” . how to fix the issue?
