login error message – cannot connect to database

    Thanks for your help.
    I suppose you mean cPanel in our case. The problem is that we don’t know the password for the account. It was handled by a former web administrator and he doesn’t remember what it was … So, we have to talk to cPanel obviously.

    We have now contact with our host cPanel and a support case running.
