Login error when used with 2FA for admins

Hi,

I am using ultimate dashboard plugin to hide the wp-login.php in the login URL. The issue I face is, when I login as an admin, I need to enter authentication code, as I have 2FA enabled. However, the page is redirected to the login page with the error, fields are empty. Kindly assist.
