Hi @paulinaamador8820,
For a bit more background information, what is the specific “wrong password” message that is seen? This is just to ensure whether the message is coming from our Login Security module, or perhaps WordPress/Ultimate Member instead. Are the users trying to log in using /wp-admin / wp-login.php or is there a custom form created by Ultimate Member that is being used?
You can support any additional information with screenshots using a service like Snipboard.
Wordfence’s Login Security module is only designed to work with default WordPress and WooCommerce registration/login pages so could be causing issues when the login is validated elsewhere. This can also be an issue when 2FA or reCAPTCHA is enabled for the default login page but a custom form is used for access elsewhere.
Thanks,
Peter.
Hi Peter,
Thank you for the quick response, yes is a custom form (I built it with elementor and I use the Ultimate Member plugin so to each user see exclusive information) is not the admin login, and here is where my users need to log in so they can see their information
But when the wordfence plugin is on this happens: https://snipboard.io/rXPDiw.jpg
and when is off they can log in without any problem.
So what do you think might be?
