    I installed a cache plugin.

    whenever someone logged in using his password and username, that fails and shows default text.

    So you are saying that you no longer have a cache plugin installed? If that is the case can you carry out the following test. Enable Debug mode. Then go to the front end of your site and register a new affiliate. Then try to log in and see what happens.

    Once all the above is carried out can you check the log files and report back.
