    Hi @mardelred,

    Try to deactivate your other plugins and activate one by one to see if there might be another plugin that causes a conflict with Awesome Support. Also, change the WP theme, in case the add-on have problems with the theme.

    I tried to login to your site but your plugin was deactivated.
