Login failed

I have 2 premium accounts, when I try to access the complianz.io site to change the payment method, I get kicked out of wordfence, I tried to ask for a password reset but it doesn’t seem to work. I can’t use the support because I can’t access it and I don’t see the license. Can you tell me what can I do?
