I updated to the latest version 1.8.1 today and it completely broke the forum.

Users can no long log in and styling is all messed up.

I have reverted back to 1.7.7.

I saw there are several people with this issue.

I have deactivated all plugins and caching and it was still an issue so have reverted.

    Hi @amarria,
Almost all this kind of issues are related to cache plugins.
Please let me know what cache plugin you use.
Also, have you deleted all cache properly and pressed Ctrl+F5 on forum home page to reset browser cache?
Is your website hosted on WordPress.com?

    Hi @amarria,
    Any update on this?

Yesterday the same issue was fixed by finding and removing a malware from website. Please make sure you don’t have the same malware. The malware file is ccode.php and it’s located in /wp-content/plugins/ directory. This is a very popular malware, here is a related discussion made one month ago: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/malware-scan-ccode-php/

If you don’t have such malware, then please let me know if you use WordFence plugin.

    Hi @amarria,
The 1.8.2 is released. Please update, then delete all caches. Then logout and login again and check the issues. If you see any problem please test another time with an incognito / private session of browser then report the issue in the release topic.
