I see you use LiteSpeed Cache. This is a cache plugin issue, please delete all caches and exclude wpForo from LiteSpeed Cache plugin. Here is the full information about the cache issue and how to exclude it: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/

You forum page is still cached, so it’s not properly excluded, or you have forgotten to delete all kind of caches after the exclude:

In any case, just logout and check it as guest, once you logout, go to forum home page and press CTRL+U, then scroll down and you’ll see that the cache is not excluded.
Once more thing. I recommend you check it using browser private session, it maybe a local browser cache like the case you’ve mentioned above.
