Login Failure (Refresh)

I was trying to re set my domain name.
And After I change the domain name in dashboard, I automatically logged out. And When I trying to login again, the login page just refreshed. I was tried to diable the .htacess, rename the plugin. but still does not work. The password track back page also just refresh.
Any one can help?
