You can change/rename the labels from PMS using the Labels Edit functionality. You can activate the Labels Edit functionality by going to your site’s Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Misc -> Other -> and enabling “Labels Edit”.
After you’ve activated this functionality you can go to Paid Member Subscriptions -> Labels Edit -> click on the Rescan button -> then select the label you want to modify.

@alexandrubodea I used that add on couldn’t find the label to replace, Actually Log In button status get changed when submitting the log in form to “Processing…” but Can not Change that to Spanish
First of all, I want to apologize for my previous message. The information from that message was for our other plugin Paid Member Subscriptions and not Profile Builder. Profile Builder has a similar functionality to the one I’ve mentioned, and it’s also named Labels Edit add-on, but from my understanding, you said you’ve found this functionality too.
To get a better understanding of this:
1. Could you please provide the URL of the page where you have the Login form (where you encountered this issue) and also the URL of the page where you have the Registration form, so that we can create a test/normal account and also observe this issue?
2. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Profile Builder (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?
