Login Form Missing

    I used [wpcrl_login_form] in a page for the login, and login form does not show. If use [wpcrl_register_form] displays fine.

    I have WP version: 4.5.2

    Could you please help why login form does not display ?
    And, what is the shortcode for password reset?

    Please ignore my question and it looked like a conflict in some other plugin and now I can see login form. thx
