Login form validation is missing

Hi there,

I’m using your plugin in a couple of sites and in one of them I’m facing some troubles with Login form. When user enter wrong data and click on ‘Login’, than the links redirects to http://www.mydomain.com/en/login/?result=failed

The user is not receiving UM notice about wrong email or password.
Is there any way how to enable Form validation and not redirecting user to the above link, please?

I tried to user 301 Redirect plugin but even with it, the UM User notice(validations) are not displaying.

Can you please help me on that or give me some instructions?
