    Very sorry about the issue you are having, I checked the login and there does not seem to be an issue with it, however we are aware of a bug where the password reset form is not actually working.

    Could you please head to https://theeventscalendar.com/support/ and Submit a support ticket for “Questions before Purchasing” (this will bypass the login) and include details of this issue, and a link to this thread? That way we can get you some help from out Customer Service department, they should be able to fix this for you.

    We’ve heard reports of the password reset not working, specifically that it doesn’t work the first time.

    Please try the password reset again. When it works you should receive a success message like this one:
