    Hello,

    I have jetpack enabled for my site. For most of users it will show jetpack icon next to users list but for few users jetpack icon will not show. This particular users are facing issues while login. It will show ‘you have already acccount on this site please login with your user name and password.’ When user try to login with username and password it will show jetpack SSO page showing “to use single sign-on, wordpress.com needs to be able to connect to your account on #site. and this process will go on loop.

    I believe this problem statred due to enabling buddy press signup and there may be a confilict between both plugins.but even after disabling buddypress sign up this problem is continue. Please help.

    Hi @smenaria2

    As your site is on a paid plan with WordPress.com, you’re entitled to faster support via live chat or email. If you sign into your WordPress.com dashboard, you should see a circle with a question mark in the toolbar in the upper right corner of the page. Click that, then click “Still Need Help?” down at the bottom of the window that opens, and you’ll be brought to paid support.
