Login issues

    My website is still up and running, but it won’t allow me to log in. It doesn’t even pop up with the WordPress bar at the top. When I do tucsoninbloom.com/wp-admin, it says 404 error the page doesn’t exist. When I log into ww.wp.xz.cn, it tells me I don’t have any website and I double checked to make sure the cite was not a wordpress.com. I also have not downloaded any new plugins that would hide the WP bar from me
