  • Hi @katydid1234 is that how you usually log in with your website using yourdomain.com/wp-admin and suddenly stop working?

Because ww.wp.xz.cn, WordPress.com, and Self-hosted WordPress are different services. Sure, you may interlink them, but having an account with one does not automatically give you access to another. Hope this enlightens you.

    Hello!

Would you like to login into ww.wp.xz.cn using your account from your WordPress site? Those systems are seperate and won’t match 🙂

You have a local installation running under your domain in your hosting. The access data for this have nothing whatsoever to do with the ww.wp.xz.cn website. You can only download the software from ww.wp.xz.cn to install it in your own hosting. ww.wp.xz.cn does not provide any hosting for websites.

On the login page that you reach via wp-admin you will find a “forgot password” link at the bottom. Enter the email address you used to install your account in your local installation. If you can’t get the login data, you can also reset your password in one of the ways described here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/article/resetting-your-password/ – if you need help with this, ask the support of your hosting (not ww.wp.xz.cn).
