Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. Definitely not a silly question. If you have access to the database, look up your userid and the meta_key wpDirAuthFlag in the <prefix>_usermeta table and either remove the row, or set the meta_value to 1. That’ll instruct wpDirAuth to treat your account as a local account instead of an AD-authenticated account.
If that doesn’t work, in the <prefix>_options table, search for the option_name dirAuthEnable and set the option value to 0. That will disable the plugin altogether.
Once you’re back in, i’d love to help you figure out how you got locked out since that shouldn’t be possible.

were you able to get logged back in? If so, would love to help you figure out how/why you got locked out. By chance is your PHP version older than 5.3.9?
